Painting

Pacson has an in-house paint facility, providing corrosion protection to suit your requirements. Surface preparation is also provided by our in-house blast facility.

We hold several standard paint procedures suitable for most projects, and we can also adopt more specific requirements to meet your exact needs.

We use High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) paint equipment, and we offer a range of paint and finish testing depending on customer requirements. Some of the tests most commonly requested include:

- Surface roughness / blast finish
- Temperature and Humidity control
- Adhesion Tests
- Coating Thickness using SPC sampling
