Training

We believe employee development and training is an essential part of our continuous improvement philosophy. We operate an active training programme for all employees consisting of four major elements:

- Dedicated Apprenticeship Training Scheme,
- Training for National Approved Qualifications,
- Training targeted at specific needs, such as HSE, CAD & Lean Manufacturing,
- In-house on-the-job training to develop our employees’ current skill levels.

Each element of our training programme is supported by our overall company philosophy of improving our core skills base by developing all our employees.

This proactive approach to training ensures we have a dedicated and committed work force to support our customer needs.
